Lucy and I would like to welcome you to NETREIA, a website created and dedicated to real estate investing. We started investing 2001, through the years we have bought investing courses and gone to bootcamps, many of which were an absolute waste of money. We decided that if and when we ever start teaching people to invest we would do it in an ethical manner, and with the idea that it shouldn’t cost thousands of dollars to learn how to invest in Real Estate.

Through the years we have found that REI’s are a great source of info but they tend to be general and lack any sort of opportunity for training in a small setting or even one on one. We designed our programs to be small groups, we focus on one topic at a time and go over the basics so that you can have the ability to begin investing using this technique. We know that experience is the best teacher so after we give the rudiments of the technique we can then work individually with each student as deals appear and the students can learn by doing.

In late 2008 This website and training programs were born. We have been refining them to better suit our students, and we will continue to refine and improve our materials and programs to best serve our students.
